The brief
A celebration built from the ground up
Nothing in the room was off the shelf. From the first site visit we designed every surface and system around the couple's brief: two ceremonies feeding into one reception, each space dressed, lit and tuned to read as one. A blank canvas sounds like a gift and is mostly a lot of decisions. With no architecture to lean on, every sightline is yours to get right or wrong.
The centrepiece
A ceiling that moved with the night
Above the dancefloor we suspended a pixel-mapped installation of orbs, more than a hundred points of light choreographed to the music, lifting and falling with the energy of the room. Beneath it, a bespoke printed dancefloor, walkway, bar and DJ booth carried the couple's design into every last detail.
The sound
Every word heard, every beat felt
A full D&B Audiotechnik system carried the speeches and gave the floor real weight without turning the room into a wall of noise. We keep the sound, the lighting and the staging on one drawing for exactly this reason: hang them separately and something always ends up rigged where something else needed to be.

Wedding production at Dallas Burston Polo Club
For Roop and Vick's wedding, Kudos supported two ceremonies and a reception for 500 guests at Dallas Burston Polo Club. The production included the ceremony lighting, printed walkway and stage, with a pixel-mapped orb canopy and d&b sound for the evening. The gallery follows the space from ceremony seating to a full dancefloor.
