The room
Pink, gold and crystal, wall to wall
Long banquet tables ran beneath a canopy of crystal chandeliers, dressed in soft pinks and rich florals, with a glittering gold floor underfoot. Every surface was designed and dressed in house so the whole room read as one.
The stage
A curved-step stage and LED screen
We built a bespoke stage with sweeping curved steps and a full LED screen, the focal point for the speeches, the performances and the first dance, framed by florals and tuned to the lighting around it.
The bar
A bespoke printed circular bar
At the heart of the room sat a custom circular bar, printed in the couple's pink harlequin design and lit to glow, as much a centrepiece as a place to gather.

The production behind the wedding
Wedding production at Dallas Burston Polo Club
Alex and Kam's reception centred on a circular printed bar, surrounded by pink and gold lighting and a canopy of chandeliers. Kudos carried the design into the curved stage, LED screen and printed floor. This case study shows how a bar and a walkway can become the organising features of a large wedding reception.
