Frequently asked questions
Travel, what's included, investment and timings. If your question isn't here, just ask.
Constantly. Bodrum and Marrakech alone account for a good chunk of our year, and we've played weddings from Lake Como to Nairobi to Disneyland Paris. Two ways to do it: we fly out with a laptop and play on a local supplier's rig, or we bring the whole production and manage getting it there. The travel is ours to arrange, not yours, unless you'd rather fold it into your guest logistics.
A DJ who is yours for the whole celebration, a planning call, and a music plan we build with you: key songs, the do-not-play list, and how the timings actually run. Mic work for announcements is part of it, not an extra. Sound, lighting, LED and staging come from our own AV and Workshop departments if you want the room handled too.
We don't do fixed packages, and we're not being coy about it. A four-event weekend in Bodrum and a 200-guest reception in Middlesex need different crews, different kit and different days on the road. Tell us the date, the venue and roughly what you're picturing, and you'll get a proper quote rather than a starting-from figure that changes later.
Peak summer Saturdays and destination weekends tend to go a year or more out. If your date is one of those, earlier genuinely helps. That said, we've filled gaps at a few weeks' notice more than once, so a late enquiry is still worth making.
Yes to both. Our DJs are comfortable on the mic, and several of them host in more than one language. On requests: send us a list and we'll work from it, but the honest answer is that the best moments usually come from reading what the room is actually doing at 11pm. We'll take the list and the room.
Power and floor space, mostly. The detail matters more than people expect, though. Load-in access, whether there's a lift, what the noise limiter is set to, and how early we can get in all change what we bring. We work that out with you and the venue well ahead, so nothing gets discovered on the day.
Within 24 hours, and usually the same working day. The office runs Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6pm, so a Saturday enquiry lands with us on Monday morning.
Booking starts with sharing details about the event, followed by a tailored quote, then access to a customer portal where every detail can be reviewed and updated. Couples can also visit the Uxbridge offices to meet the team before the wedding.
A quote is based on details such as the wedding date, venue, guest numbers, the events being covered (for example sangeet, ceremony or reception), and which services are wanted, from DJ to stage and print. Sharing this upfront helps produce an accurate, tailored quote.
Yes, the process includes a consultation with the assigned DJ to discuss itineraries, song selections and any specific requests. This gives both the DJ and the couple a chance to align on the plan ahead of the wedding day.
Yes, these services can all be combined into a single booking, or booked individually depending on what the couple needs. Everything is coordinated through the same quote and customer portal, whether it's one service or a full production package.
Yes, the same booking process applies to destination weddings, with additional planning around travel and equipment logistics for the chosen overseas venue. This is discussed with the couple as part of the initial consultation and quote.
