Almost everything structural in the room can be built for you rather than hired in. That includes stages and risers, dancefloors, bars, DJ booths, backdrops, bespoke tables, floor-standing seating plans, mandaps, thrones, arches, walkways, flower walls, dessert tables, built-up monograms and custom food and drink carts, from street food to paan and prosecco.
Stage Decoration, Backdrops and Ceremony Sets
Wedding stage decoration works best when it is part of the structure. Curved steps, layered panels, flower walls, greenery and arches can be built into the set rather than dressed on top. A wedding stage backdrop also has to look right in photographs from the ceremony to the last song, so wedding backdrop design considers camera angles and light as much as colour and texture. For printed finishes, our wedding backdrop printing keeps the artwork matched to the rest of the set.
A wedding ceremony stage should feel like part of the room, not a separate scene. We build platforms, risers, walkways and sofa settings so the ceremony flows into the reception.

DJ Booths, Dancefloors and Bars

Your wedding dancefloor sets the tone for the party. Choose mirror, gloss white with your monogram, a full printed design or a shaped floor such as circular or runway. Good wedding bar design looks beautiful and works hard, with front, back, island, mirror, printed and LED bars built around your caterers and guests.
Statement tables, from curved C-shaped tops to donut tables, can be finished in mirror, gloss or print to match. A floor-standing wedding seating plan, with raised lettering and layered panels, gives arriving guests a feature to gather around.
Designed, Built and Installed by Our Own Team
Our workshop brings designers, carpenters, CNC operators, scenic painters, metalworkers and an install crew together, with our own spray booth for gloss and mirror finishes. Hand finishes and gilding are what stop a build looking like plywood in a nice colour. Nothing is sub-contracted, which is why the floor matches the backdrop rather than nearly matching it.

We begin with your venue and your ideas, and walk the room ourselves if it is new to us. Your set is drawn, rendered, built and installed by the same people. For destination weddings, we can ship a build with logistics handled by our team, or work alongside a locally sourced set.
