Print

The floor underfoot, the bar, the wall behind the couple, the plan at the door. All printed by the same team, to the same colour, in the same week.

Print, Kudos Music

Large-format print, in our own print room: dancefloors, bar wraps, backdrops, seating plans and every sign in between.

One gold. Not four suppliers' idea of gold.

Why work with Kudos

Everything you see and hear on the day comes out of our building. Same designers, same crew, same van. That is why the floor matches the backdrop rather than nearly matching it.

Nothing sub-contracted

Sound, lighting, screens, staging, print: all ours. Things fall between suppliers. There are no gaps between us.

One person, start to night

Whoever quotes your wedding plans it, rigs it and is standing at the back of the room when the speeches start.

Our own kit, every time

We are not renting in and hoping. The same stock and the same crew means the standard does not move.

We probably know your venue

The Dorchester, Claridge's, The Londoner, Grosvenor House, Dallas Burston. If yours is new to us, we come and walk it first.

Why Kudos

Why our print is different

Printed where it is designed

Same building, same team, same proof. Colour gets matched by eye across every piece before anything ships.

Direct to board

Straight onto foamex, Dibond, acrylic or ply. Canvas, vinyl and fabric too. Contour-cut where the shape calls for it.

One seating plan or a whole venue

We will print a single welcome board. We will also floor, wrap and sign a whole venue as one set.

Late changes are fine

A guest drops out on the Thursday and the plan reprints on the Friday. It does not join another supplier's queue.

Floors, bars and backdrops

These are the three pieces every photograph ends up containing, which is why they are worth the argument. A printed floor has to be laid dead level and laminated for grip, or it looks superb and behaves like an ice rink. A bar wrap has to survive a hundred people leaning on it. A backdrop has to read from twenty metres away and still hold up close.

Because the same workshop builds your stage and set, the print is cut to the structure rather than to a nominal size. No trim strips, no shadow gaps where two panels nearly meet.

What we can print onto

Direct to board means the ink goes straight onto rigid material: foamex, Dibond, acrylic, ply. Canvas, vinyl and fabric too. Between them there is very little a designer can draw that we cannot make. We contour-cut shapes and built-up letters, laminate floors for grip, then finish everything ready to install.

In practice that has meant a mirror-look seating plan, a brushed-metal welcome sign, a full-bleed floor and a ten-metre step-and-repeat, sometimes for the same wedding.

Print, What we can print onto

The signage nobody photographs

Table plans. Welcome boards. The order of the day, directions to the marquee, the table numbers. Unglamorous, and the reason two hundred guests find their seats without a bottleneck at the door. We print it to the same suite as the showpieces so the day looks designed rather than assembled.

The stationery your guests actually hold, from invitations to menus and place cards, can be matched to the same artwork, if you would rather it all belonged together.
