Understanding the technical side isn't necessary — describing the feeling you want and sharing a reference photo is enough for the Kudos Music team to translate into a working sound and lighting design. The crew who plan it are the same people who rig and run it on the day.

Wedding lighting is designed around the palette a couple has already chosen, with Kudos Music showing the intended look before the day itself. Sending inspiration images or a colour scheme early lets the lighting design team plan gobos, uplighting and colour washes to match the theme.

Speeches and the first dance can be shown live to LED screens so guests at the back of the room can see them clearly, and the feed can be recorded for later. This is arranged as part of the AV package alongside the sound and lighting setup.

Kudos Music's own crew stays on site all night rather than rigging the equipment and handing control to the venue. This means sound levels and lighting cues are adjusted live through the ceremony, speeches and party rather than left running on a fixed setting.

Sound, lighting and screens travel for destination weddings, either with the full production shipped out or with the team working alongside a locally hired rig. Freight, logistics and paperwork are handled by Kudos Music, with the approach agreed once the venue and location are confirmed.
