Two celebrations here, El Molino del Duque and Anantara, one a converted mill and one a resort. Andalusia is strict on outdoor noise after midnight, so the plan is usually a loud outdoor stretch early and an indoor room that takes the last two hours. Better to design for that than argue with it at 1am.
