Charan and Puneet's 550 guest, space-themed reception at Dallas Burston Polo Club: four Kudos DJs, Jazzy B live, a ten-piece dhol drumline, and a first dance on low fog and CO2 in a room we built for the night.

Roop and Vick's 500-guest wedding at Dallas Burston Polo Club, with two ceremonies and a reception built entirely from scratch: a bespoke printed dancefloor, a pixel-mapped ceiling of orbs, and full D&B Audiotechnik sound, all designed and delivered in house by Kudos.

Alex & Kam's Wedding at Dallas Burston Polo Club
Alex and Kam's opulent pink and gold reception at Dallas Burston Polo Club, built entirely in house by Kudos: a bespoke printed circular bar, a curved-step stage with LED screen, suspended chandeliers and a room dressed wall to wall in florals.
The venue
Why we know this room better than any other
Dallas Burston Polo Club sits on 600 acres outside Southam in Warwickshire, and the IXL Events Centre is its big room: a hall that takes 750 for dinner and 3,000 standing, with double doors you can drive a car through. Kudos is the resident production team here. We installed the LED wall, the lighting rig and the rigging points, so when a couple books the room we are not guessing at power, sightlines or where the sound will land.
That is why the weddings on this page look the way they do. A 500 guest wedding with two ceremonies in one day, a chandelier canopy over a midnight ballroom, a DJ stage that lights up with the music: none of it was a first attempt in an unfamiliar room. We have run most of the moving parts here before, and the parts we had not, we could test in the afternoon.
