Inside the Grand Ballroom at The Londoner, we built a stage set crowned with trees and chandeliers, long candlelit banquet tables and a printed dancefloor, an immersive world designed and run entirely in house.

The brief
A bespoke production in the Grand Ballroom
Long banquet tables dressed with greenery and candlelight ran the length of the room, while warm overhead lighting and beam work gave the space depth and atmosphere from the moment guests walked in.
The set
A stage softened with trees and chandeliers
The centrepiece was a bespoke stage set built around a large LED screen. Left alone, a big screen reads as a television at the end of a beautiful room. We put real trees on the stage for depth and hung chandeliers in front of it, so the focal point came out warm and layered rather than technical.
The sound & floor
d&b sound, a printed dancefloor and a bespoke bar
A d&b Audiotechnik system carried speeches and the dancefloor with clarity, alongside a bespoke printed dancefloor and a matched bar build, all designed, transported and run by one in-house team.
