The brief
A vast room made to feel like theirs
A guest list in the hundreds needed a room that felt personal at every table. We designed the lighting, staging and styling together so a ballroom on this scale read as warm and intimate, pin spots picking out each centrepiece while overhead production washed the whole space in the couple's colours.
The dancefloor
A bespoke printed floor and matched bar
At the heart of the room we laid a bespoke printed dancefloor with a matching bar build, framed by overhead lighting and special effects, a centrepiece designed to pull the celebration together once the dancing began.

One team, lighting, sound and effects
Overhead lighting production, special effects, full sound and a DJ from the Kudos Music team, all designed and delivered in house, so the look, the sound and the energy of the night were tuned as one.
