On Park Lane, inside one of London's landmark hotels, we built the room around the couple, a bespoke stage and LED screen, full production lighting and sound, and a dancefloor made just for them.

The stage
A bespoke stage and LED screen
The focal point of the room was a bespoke stage built around a full LED screen, set against a gold geometric backdrop and dressed with florals, the frame for the speeches, the performances and the first dance. We designed and built it in house so it carried the couple's styling rather than fighting it.
Light and sound
Production lighting and sound, tuned as one
Above the ballroom we hung a full overhead lighting package, washing the room in deep purple and warm gold and picking out the chandeliers and florals. In a hotel ballroom that already has good chandeliers, we would rather light what the room has than bury it. The fixtures are the feature, and they only read if you leave them somewhere to be seen. A production PA carried the speeches and held the floor afterwards, tuned by the same people who hung the lights.
The bar
A bespoke bar
A bespoke bar anchored the room, printed and lit in the couple's design with a geometric gold pattern that caught the light all night, as much a centrepiece as a place for guests to gather. Beyond it, a bespoke dancefloor and lit LED archway carried the couple's monogram into the heart of the celebration.
