The first dance
A little closer to the moment
The first dance belonged in the heart of the room. A circular white stage sat between curved tables, so the reception gathered around it. Candles and pink flowers followed the tables’ edges, while a floral walkway led towards the main backdrop. With bespoke oval tables completing the layout, even the dining space carried the soft curves of the wedding design.

An Italian-inspired setting
A staircase made for the photographs
Broad white steps rose on either side of the stage, framed by decorative balustrades and curved tiers. Behind them, the LED screen carried the look of an Italian palazzo, then floral imagery that picked up the colours in the room. The physical set stayed white throughout: a setting for the wedding gown, the flowers and the portraits, with the ballroom still visible around it.

Dinner, candlelight and colour
Pink flowers. Violet light. A table to linger at.
Madhu’s catered the wedding, with dinner set among candles, glassware and pink flowers. The curved and oval tables made the dining layout part of the occasion, rather than leaving the wedding design at the far end of the room. Overhead, patterned light spread across the ceiling and colour washes brought pink and violet into the white setting. Moving lights and beams completed the lighting rig around the first-dance area. DJ H provided the music for the reception.

The welcome
A photograph before the party
The foyer had its own photo opportunity: a large photographic wall with personalised lettering and LED strip lighting. It gave the arrival its own backdrop before the ballroom came into view. The printed artwork, floral walkways and white stage set connected the smaller details to the wider celebration, with Snob Events as wedding planner.
