A co-founder of Kudos Music, Jas Johal is as much a host as a DJ, he lives for the crowd, the mic and the moment a packed venue needs steering from first dance to last. It's a philosophy that has made him one of Kudos' go-to MCs for Asian weddings and receptions, the man trusted to keep a big room moving and feeling looked after all night.

Musically he's a 90s R&B romantic at heart, Usher, Jon B and Donell Jones are his touchstones, but his three desert-island genres tell you how he reads a British Asian dancefloor: Bhangra to lift the room, old-school R&B for the feels, and a UK garage set when it's time to really go. A DJ EZ devotee, his favourite moment of any party is the one every selector chases: dropping a classic the floor hasn't heard in years and hearing the whole room go "ohhhh."
