Priyana & Tarun at Lujo Hotel, Bodrum

Inseparable since their days at Cal State Fullerton, Priyana and Tarun flew in from the USA to marry across three days at the Lujo Hotel, a resort sitting right on the Aegean in Bodrum. After a world tour of resorts in Mexico, the Caribbean, Asia and Europe, it was Lujo's white sand and exclusive event spaces that felt the most them. The celebration opened with a welcome and a mehndi heavy on colour and dancing, flowed into a sangeet and a beachside ceremony where the sand meets the ocean, and built to a glittering reception under a starlit sky. Months of Zoom calls and Pinterest boards came to life through planner Blissful Plans, with décor by Sen Hep Kalbim Desin, and a beautiful fusion of Indian and Turkish touches running through every event. Across it all it was a full Kudos line-up, DJ H and DJ Kabir alongside Kudos AV, keeping a guest list that felt like one big family on the floor from the first night to the last. Three days on a beach is harder on kit than any ballroom: salt, sand and humidity get into everything, so we send spares for a job like this as a matter of course.
